How we protect your child’s information
Epic Era Adventures is for parents and their kids, and all sign‑ups and payments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We only ask for a child’s first name, age, and interests so we can create personalized time‑travel stories and send them to the parent’s email address, never directly to the child. We do not ask for or want sensitive details like your child’s last name, home address, school name, phone number, Social Security number, or precise location. We use trusted services such as Stripe for payments and well‑known AI tools to generate stories, images, audio, and video, and they process data only so we can deliver your subscription. We never sell your data or use it for targeted advertising, and you can contact us at any time to see what we store about your family, correct it, or ask us to delete your child’s information and stop sending stories.
Your subscription rights and responsibilities
By starting a subscription with Epic Era Adventures, you agree to pay the monthly fee for your chosen plan (Explorer, Pioneer, or Historian) until you cancel through our Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Your subscription renews automatically each month, and you can change plans or cancel at any time; changes take effect on the next billing cycle, and we generally do not offer refunds for partial months that have already started. We use your email address to deliver stories, send important service updates, and share information about your account, and you promise not to share our content publicly or resell it without our permission. We may occasionally update prices, features, or these terms, but if we make a significant change we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers so you can decide whether to continue. Your continued use of Epic Era Adventures after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
